OUR STORY
Cachito Bar de Vinos was born from a proposal driven by four friends from Mar del Plata who are wine lovers. We aim to create a unique experience that celebrates the richness of the national wine industry and local gastronomy, with Argentine-Spanish influences.
We will create dishes with ingredients from local and regional producers.
Wines
At Cachito, we believe wine is an art that should be enjoyed in all senses.
The wine list, presented by Sommelier Victoria Ortemberg, will bring wines from all corners of Argentina directly to the cellar and to the table of our diners.
Each wine will be carefully selected to awaken the palate, and the tapas will be prepared with local and seasonal ingredients, seeking to harmonize textures and flavors.
